Board of Directors

Chatwick Gardens (Burns Street Owners Corp) contains a seven-member Board of Directors, elected to one-year terms annually by the shareholders. The Board of Directors holds meetings on a regular monthly basis for eleven months of the year. The Annual Meeting, including the election of the directors, occurs in June of each calendar year.

Shareholders are always encouraged to actively participate in the cooperative.
