Property Management
Chatwick Gardens is managed by EBMG, LLC, a full-service property management firm with extensive experience in overseeing the operations of residential cooperative properties throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Management is available 24/7 with access to emergency services after normal business hours. A dedicated property manager visits the cooperative on a bi-weekly basis to provide in-person service to all residents and to effectively communicate with the maintenance personnel.

Building Maintenance Personnel
Chatwick Gardens employs a resident superintendent responsible for the maintenance and proper operations of all infrastructure and building services. Two full-time handymen assist the resident superintendent with major repairs and are responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of all public areas of the cooperative. A gardening company and a tree specialist are available seasonally to maintain the landscape of our entry garden courtyards.
