We would like to announce the launch of Chatwick Gardens’ new website. This website is the culmination of many months’ worth of hard work, organization and design. The Board of Directors would like to thank our web designer, Richard Andrus of Back Office Geeks, for his patience and talents during this lengthy process. We would also like to thank fellow shareholder, Craig Bonheur, for his gifted eye in providing several key photographs of our buildings and Board Director, Kimberly Summers, for organizing the structure of the website. Lastly, we would like to thank our Board President, Matthew Ferraro, for his many months of hard work designing, narrating, editing, and organizing the content of the website. The new website will give our cooperative a strong digital presence for marketing and sales of apartments, and more importantly will provide shareholders access to all the necessary documents and tools they need.
The new website includes several features:
- Access to all Corporate Documents, including our Bylaws, Offering Plan, Proprietary Lease, and House Rules
- Access to all Applications and Forms, including Sales Application, Sublease Application, Decorators Agreement, Alteration Agreement, Pet Registration Form and Bicycle Storage Form
- Maintenance Requests can now be made through the online form
- Link to pay Maintenance through EBMG’s website portal
- Up-to-date Contact Information for Management and Staff
- Board of Directors Contact Information
- Current and Archive Newsletters
